ZH-Intelligent line-touching model automatic gluer/stitcher machine is composed of 5 parts: vacuum feeding part, creasing part, gluing folding part, nail box part and counting stacking output part. 5 servo motors are linked to improve the reliability of the equipment. AlI motors adopt Taiwan Shengbang motors, except for frequency conversion motors. Frequency conversion speed regulation, standard PLC touch screen control (double PLC, double touch screen), the whole computer adjustment, only need to enter three data (length, width, height size) on the touch screen, the machine automatically adjusts in place, the operation is simple and reliable. Each part of the whole machine can be controlled separately, the maximum speed of the gluing box is 180 m/min, and the average speed of the gluing box is 150 m/min; Nail box 4 nails 70 pieces 1min. High speed and energy saving, saving labor costs.
